Action Sports Direct – Onehunga Bay Winter Enduro

This annual event at Onehunga is scheduled to take place two weekends after the CRC Speedshow and is often the first race event for a number of new riders.
This will be a great course and is prefect for first timers. So, if you have any mates that have shown any interest in racing please bring them along!
Taking place in the inner harbour, and visible from the Mangere Bridge and Kiwi Esplanade, it attracts a large amount of public interest. The event is suitable for both runabout and pole skis.
Racing
Enduro racing is held around a wide, open track, perfect for novices and experienced riders. Two or three 20-30 minute races are staged on the day, depending on numbers, entrants and weather.

9am – 10am – Race Registration
10:15am – Riders Briefing
11-11:30am – Race 1
11:30am – Thundercats
12-12:30pm – Race 2
12:30pm – Thundercats
1-1:30pm – Race 3

General Info
You will not need a Pit Crew as due to the length of each race re-fueling during the race will not be required. Wet suit, helmet, correct PFD, back protector, footwear are all compulsory. Gloves, goggles and wind jacket are highly recommended
There’s plenty of parking at the site and public toilets. The day concludes with a Prize-giving to which all riders, family and friends are invited. This will be held at Mangere Boating Club at 4.00pm.
Registration
Early Bird Fees – $80
Pay online BEFORE the event and the fees will be $80 ($50 Race Entry + $30 Day Licence). Early Bird entry closes Wednesday evening before the event to allow money to show in our account.
Pay on the Day – $110
Paying on the day the fees will be $110 ($80 Race Entry + $30 Day Licence)
