Race/Ski Numbers must be confirmed by the Executive and must comply with legibility criteria as specified in the Rulebook. If you have more than one number please separate them with a comma.

Council Registration Number/s must be registered with Local Harbour Master. Proof may be required.

If you have any queries or require clarification, please email info@jetskiracingnz.com. Payment must be made before the license is issued to Jet Ski Racing New Zealand, Bank Acct. 02-0112-0141545-025). Use last name and "license fee" to identify payment.

In submitting this form I hereby declare, in the absence of my signature, that the information above is true and correct. I am aware that this licence is valid for racing within New Zealand only. I agree that by applying for a Race Licence I will abide by all the rules, regulations and laws laid down by Jet Ski Racing New Zealand, relevant local bodies and New Zealand statute.

Risk acknowledgement and assumption of risk *

In submitting this form I hereby declare, in the absence of my signature, that the information above is true and correct. I am aware that this licence is valid for racing within New Zealand only. I agree that by applying for a Race Licence I will abide by all the rules, regulations and laws laid down by Jet Ski Racing New Zealand, relevant local bodies and New Zealand statute.

Medical Declaration *

I declare that I am in good health and have no medical condition that makes it unsafe for me to participate. I will not race if I am unfit, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or otherwise impaired. I consent to any reasonable medical examination required by JSRNZ or Event Officials.

Release and no proceedings - To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any non-excludable rights or remedies, I: *

release and forever discharge JSRNZ, its officers, committee members, employees, officials, volunteers, medical staff, sponsors, contractors, landowners/venue operators, and all other competitors and their associated persons from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages and costs arising out of or in connection with my participation in any JSRNZ Event; and
agree that I will not commence, assist or be a party to any claim or legal proceeding against any of those persons in relation to any such matter, except to the extent that such agreement is not enforceable at law.

Associated Persons and indemnity *

I am responsible for the conduct of my sponsors, family members, pit crew, mechanics and any other person or organisation associated with me at an Event (“Associated Persons”). I will ensure that they comply with all JSRNZ Rules and Event instructions and, where required, sign any waiver or declaration requested by JSRNZ. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I indemnify and hold harmless JSRNZ and the other released persons described in clause 4 against any claim, demand, action, loss or liability brought or made by or on behalf of any of my Associated Persons, or any person claiming through them, arising out of or in connection with my participation in any Event.

Equipment and safety *

I am solely responsible for the safety and condition of my Jet Ski and equipment and for operating my Jet Ski in a safe and prudent manner at all times. I understand that any scrutineering or technical inspection by JSRNZ or Event Officials is a check for rule compliance only and does not guarantee the safety or fitness of my Jet Ski or equipment.

Juniors (if applicable) - If I am under 18 years of age, this declaration is made by my parent or legal guardian on my behalf. My parent or guardian:

consents to my participation in JSRNZ Events;
acknowledges and accepts the risks described above; and
agrees to be bound, and to ensure that I am bound, by this declaration and the JSRNZ Rules.
