Winter Enduro Racing 2023

Winter is on its way and with it, a season of Action Sports Direct Winter Enduro Racing, being held in a variety of venues across the North Island.

The events are open to both runabouts and pole skis.

The dates of the Winter Series are:

Round 1 – Saturday 15 July – Hannah’s Bay, Rotorua – A great day’s racing with 26 riders across 5 races! An unprecedented number of entrants for an Enduro.

Round 2  –  Saturday 19 August – Onehunga, Auckland – A bit of a dreary day, not the best but an amazing turnout of 23 riders! 7 Poleskis & 16 Runabouts competed on the day!

Round 3 – Saturday 14 October – Stump Bay, Taupo.

Race Licence
All riders must have a Race Licence in order to compete.  If you are a new rider and have raced less than three times (in total) you may enter an event on a Day Licence ($40).  All other riders must hold a season licence.  The new Season starts from the start of the Summer Series.  The cost of the Season Licence is $150.  You will also need to visit your doctor and pass a medical examination.  Details on licencing can be found here.

Membership
In order to race with our club you must be a member (payable after your first race meeting).  The cost of single membership is $20 a year, or $30 for a family.
